OptionsView is a data organization tool, not a financial advisor. All information provided through OptionsView - including but not limited to trade tracking, profit/loss calculations, and Greeks - is for informational and organizational purposes only.

• We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
• We do not recommend any specific security, strategy, or derivative.

Options trading involves significant risk. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any data you enter and for any financial losses incurred in your brokerage accounts.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using OptionsView, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use OptionsView. You may maintain only one account per person unless we agree otherwise. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Subscription tiers and usage limits

By using OptionsView, you agree to the limitations of your selected plan:

• Free tier: Limited to 3 trade entries per monthly usage period. Your usage period begins on the calendar date you sign up and runs through the day before that same date in the following month. For example, if you sign up on February 21, your period runs from February 21 through March 20; the next period begins March 21. If your signup date does not exist in the following month (for example, January 31), the period ends on the last day of that month. Unused entries do not roll over to the next period.
• Premium tier: Provides unlimited trade entries for a recurring fee of $5.00 USD per month. Premium subscriptions automatically renew each billing period until you cancel.

Circumvention: Any attempt to bypass these limits (for example, creating multiple accounts to remain on the free tier) may result in an immediate, permanent ban.

Pricing is subject to change. We may adjust fees or plans with notice where required. Terms for your current billing period generally continue until renewal unless we say otherwise.

Billing and third-party payment processing

We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor.

• Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
• Cancellations: You may cancel at any time via your Account Settings. Cancelled plans will not auto-renew. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle unless required by law.
• Payment failures: If a payment fails, we reserve the right to immediately downgrade your account to the Free tier, which may hide or restrict access to data exceeding the 3-trade limit.

Data, security, and Firebase

Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore for application data and Firebase Authentication for sign-in).

• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (for example, Google or email sign-in).
• Data accuracy:We do not guarantee that our calculations will match your broker's 1099-B, tax records, or regulatory reporting. Always defer to your official brokerage statements.
• Service integrity: While we use enterprise-grade cloud providers (including Google Cloud), we do not warrant that the Service will be 100% available or that data loss will never occur. We recommend that you export your data periodically for your own records.

We use this information to run the Service, secure accounts, and improve the product as described in our privacy disclosures. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.

Your responsibilities

You agree to use OptionsView only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to disrupt the Service, access others' data without permission, or misuse the platform except as described in these Terms.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use scripts, bots, or scraping tools to add trades or extract data.
• Reverse engineer the OptionsView calculation engine.
• Use the Service for any illegal wash trading or market manipulation tracking.

Disclaimer of warranties

OptionsView is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalFriend, LLC (which operates OptionsView) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss. In no event shall our total liability exceed the total amount paid by you to OptionsView in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using OptionsView at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms (including circumvention of usage limits or prohibited conduct), create risk or legal exposure, or if we need to discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Indiana have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
